By downloading, installing, or using any software from PS SoftLab ("PS Soft Lab", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use our software.

					Our software is distributed as shareware under a "try-before-you-buy" model. 
                    You may evaluate the software for a limited period before purchasing a license.
				

Software License Agreement

Trial Period

PS Tray Factory: 30-day trial period
PS Hot Folders: 30-day trial period
PS Hot Launch VVL: Free software (no trial limitations)

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software on one computer (single CPU) for any legal purpose. The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred if the receiving party agrees to the terms of this license.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
You may not distribute the registered version without written permission
Commercial use requires appropriate licensing

Distribution Rights

You may freely distribute the unregistered trial version of our software, provided that:

All files are included and unmodified
No files have been added to the package
You distribute the original archive file
You do not charge any money for distribution

CD-ROM/Compilation Distribution: If you want to include our software on a freeware/shareware CD-ROM or other compilation, please contact us at support@pssoftlab.com for permission.

All copyrights to PS SoftLab software are exclusively owned by PS Soft Lab. The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
